FURNITURE

As our mission statement says, we do make the furniture that fits the person.  It makes no sense to us to sell you a piece of furniture that does not meet your comfort needs.  We make comfort alterations (width, seat depth, height, angles) without extra fees.  There could be an extra charge for cosmetic changes.

Given that our furniture is guaranteed, we do all we can to ensure it goes out right the first time.  We do not mass produce.  Every piece is individually cut, power sanded and routered to avoid splintering.  Then every piece is hand sanded, painted 3 coats with hand sanding between coats to ensure the wood is properly sealed.  Once the painting is done, the furniture is assembled and painted again.  All screws on front surfaces are hidden to give a clean finished look.  If you select art work on your furniture, the art is painted on bare wood then sealed all around with 8 coats of exterior water based varathane.  Maintenance guidelines are provided with your purchase.

THEME ANIMALS

We started with the "Gone Fishin'" bear.  A customer asked if we could do a Bikin' bear.  From that point on our bear themes have grown.  Many are stock items while some are one of a kind.  We have recently started making a beaver and are developing a moose.  We design and make all theme animals including their clothing and most accessories.  We sell outfits separately so you can change the theme seasonly.  The animals are made from 2x12 white pine and are painted and outiftted to stand up to the weather.  Take a look at our Theme Animal Gallery.  Your choice of theme is only limited by our imagination

CUSTOM SIGNS

We create custom indoor / outdoor hand stenciled signs.  Tell us what you would like and we will tell you if we can do it.  The art is painted on bare wood then sealed all around with 8 coats of exterior water based varathane.  All signs in our Custom Sign Gallery were specific customer requests including pictures and wording.
